Hi!  My name is Gina Gruse.  

24 years in real estate… and apparently I still haven’t had enough! 😂

I spent 23 years in the title industry, so I’ve seen the good, the bad, the crazy, the last-minute surprises, and probably more paperwork than any one person should ever have to see. 😉 Along the way, I learned that real estate is about so much more than paperwork and transactions—it’s about people, relationships, and helping make life a little easier.

Now I’m excited to be part of the Lapinsky Realty Group team as the Office Coordinator!

What exactly do I do? Well… a little bit of everything! I’m here to help our agents, our clients, and anyone who walks through our doors. Need an answer? I’ll find it. Need to know who to call? I’ll point you in the right direction. Need someone to help untangle a real estate mess? I’m your girl! 😂
