First and foremost, I love God and I love my family. I've been blessed with a great husband, two beautiful daughters, and many awesome friends. Jeremiah 29:11 states "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." This verse has been a constant reminder to me that God has a plan for my life that is bigger than anything I could do on my own. It's helped me to trust in His timing and His way no matter what. In real estate, there are always ups and downs. It can be a competitive and unpredictable industry. When I remember Jeremiah 29:11, I am encouraged and inspired to know that God has a plan to help us in everything that we do, and He has proven that time and time again. "Being a mom and a wife, I know how important it is to find a great place you can call home. A home is more than just a place to kick back after a long day, or a place to store your belongings. A home is the place where ideas and memories are formed; experiences that will have a lasting impact on our children and our children's children." "I absolutely love all the great people I've had the privilege to help find homes for over the years. For me, helping people find the home where they will celebrate the next chapter of their lives with friends, families, and loved ones is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world. I couldn't imagine doing anything else."

Cindy Webb

Hi, I'm Cindy Webb! After spending 25 years in the healthcare field, I am excited to bring my passion for people to residential real estate. Coming from a background in healthcare, I understand the importance of attentive care and clear communication. In real estate, I apply the same principles to guide my clients through every step of the buying or selling process. I prioritize your needs, offer personalized solutions, and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. When I am not assisting clients, I love spending time with my family and gardening. Planting seeds, nurturing them and watching them flourish to feed my family is very important to me. I take a similar approach to real estate because a home is where you can put your roots down, turning it from just a house to a home. I am excited to work with you to find your dream house where you can create a home!

Collin Dowell-Levine

Hi, I’m Collin! 👋 I became a licensed REALTOR® in April 2026, but my love for real estate started long before that. I’ve always been obsessed with home renovation, interior design, and scrolling through listings “just to look.” Now I get to turn that passion into a career by helping people find homes that fit not just their needs, but the life they want to build. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and I know that firsthand. Twelve years ago, my own REALTOR® made the experience exciting instead of stressful, and that’s the experience I want to create for my clients. I’m not a pushy salesperson—relationships come first. I’ll be honest, transparent, and by your side every step of the way. When I’m not talking real estate, I’m usually drinking coffee, spending time with my husband, our three kids, and our very spoiled pets. I’m also a Tolkien geek who rereads The Lord of the Rings every year. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just thinking about what’s next, I’d love to help make the journey a fun one. 🏡☕

Gina Gruse

Hi! My name is Gina Gruse. 24 years in real estate… and apparently I still haven’t had enough! 😂 I spent 23 years in the title industry, so I’ve seen the good, the bad, the crazy, the last-minute surprises, and probably more paperwork than any one person should ever have to see. 😉 Along the way, I learned that real estate is about so much more than paperwork and transactions—it’s about people, relationships, and helping make life a little easier. Now I’m excited to be part of the Lapinsky Realty Group team as the Office Coordinator! What exactly do I do? Well… a little bit of everything! I’m here to help our agents, our clients, and anyone who walks through our doors. Need an answer? I’ll find it. Need to know who to call? I’ll point you in the right direction. Need someone to help untangle a real estate mess? I’m your girl! 😂 I love being the person behind the scenes helping keep things moving, solving problems, and making sure everyone feels taken care of. At Lapinsky Realty Group, we believe in helping with heart, leading with integrity, and treating people like family—and I’m pretty sure that’s exactly where I belong. So whether you’re buying, selling, investing, working with one of our amazing agents, or just have a question about real estate, come see me! I’m here to help… and I promise I’ll try not to make you fill out unnecessary paperwork. 😉🏡❤️
