Imported Icelandic granite tile and Carrara marble flooring add elegance and character. The expansive kitchen showcases a striking black walnut countertop salvaged from Louisville's original downtown library. A wall of custom windows overlooks the property, while MOan arched doorway rescued from the historic Vienna Restaurant on Fourth Street leads into a gallery-like space perfect for displaying art, collections, or creative pursuits. Upstairs, the king-sized primary bedroom features a vaulted ceiling and private staircase to the rear grounds. Two additional bedrooms, an updated full bath, and a laundry room complete the second floor, with additional storage available via pull-down attic access.
